LX Bar Meat Co. was built on a simple belief—good beef should come from good ranchers, not global corporations. As a rancher myself, I wanted to ensure that the cattle raised on my land could be processed with care and delivered directly to the people who value quality, integrity, and honest food. Our small, independent meat processing facility allows us to take beef from our own herd—as well as livestock from trusted local producers—and provide clean, unmodified meat to families and businesses across Wyoming and beyond. No fillers, no questionable additives—just real beef, the way it was meant to be.

Our cattle are born and raised on the open range, grazing on native grasses and growing naturally, just as they should. QC7 Ranch Reserve Beef is our ranch’s premium small-batch beef label, offering meat that embodies the rugged honesty of the West.
